Perched amid the mango, papaya and breadfruit trees is the resort 's striking centerpiece, a three-level clubhouse which is the focal point for activities. The main level features the dining room, bar, and sunset veranda which offers a beautiful view of distant islands. Across the patio is the giftshop which features handicrafts from the region as well as standard resort items.
The island of Guanaja (Isla de Guanaja) is 11 miles long and three and half miles wide at its widest point. It is located approximately 40 miles off the northern coast of Honduras, Central America and is part of the exotic archipelago of the Bay Islands (Isla de Bahia). The shoreline ranges from beautiful white sandy beaches to rocky, craggy cliffs overlooking the Caribbean.
