The chef at The Jamaican Restaurant serves up some of the best jerk chicken, jerk pork and spicy Jamaican patties found anywhere on the island. Open from 11:00 a.m. until midnight, guests enjoy our Jamaican specials and all-day snacks while lingering over a cold Red Stripe beer. It's a favorite meeting place right on the beach!

Snacks 'R' Us is open all day for ice cream, sandwiches, pizza and the like, while the Coffee Station never closes!

Our adults-only specialty restaurant 'Sabbia', located on the oceanfront, serves exquisite Italian Cuisine. The decor is rustic yet classy and is decorated in red, green and white Italian colors. The food is hearty, the atmosphere warm yet romantic, the service attentive and courteous. Open for dinner only, the service is a la carte.

FDR Pebbles offers dining choices for everyone.
From International to Italian, to Jamaican, to Kids Meals, there are choices to tempt everyone's palate. Sample pawpaw, mango, ortanique. Savor watermelon, pineapple, grapes and cantalope. Don't forget to leave room for the many pies, cakes, cookies and ice cream which accompany each meal!

We have not forgotten about the little ones! The Kidz Buffet (Dinner) is located adjacent to the gym. After a hectic day of activities our special kiddies buffet meals are varied in choices to keep them energized. Salads, shepherd's pie, chicken fingers, fish bites, spaghetti and meatballs, soups, yummy cakes and jello are just a sample of the items that we include to keep the little ones happy and on the go. Kids will enjoy Adventure activities such as fishing in our fishing ponds or in the Caribbean Sea. They will be learning how to sail, collecting shells on the long stretch of adjoining beach, or just playing in the children's wading pool. Our Coordinators will be there all the time, ensuring that your youngsters receive the care and attention you expect.

Our Children's Center is open from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily and is bursting with the latest in state-of-the-art educational and computer games. Here, your Vacation Nanny will take your children to their favorite movies, play Nintendo64, Sony PlayStation or tie-and-dye and paint T-shirts, participate in arts and crafts, fishing, photography lessons and treasure hunts.
